We blend hands-on instruction and expert routine programming on a patented mega-machine called the Megaformer. At 10 feet long and 250 pounds, the Megaformer uses a system of springs and pulleys to work your entire body with adjustable resistance (up to 292 lbs.). The machine paired with our formula of slow and controlled movement under constant tension makes Heartcore the essential workout to safely challenge your mind and your muscles.
