Growing up an avid student and choirgirl, Taylor never considered herself the “sporty” type. It wasn’t until college that she found her passion for fitness. Starting her journey with a strength training P.E. class, Taylor had the basics for creating a strong workout, but lacked the dedication to move forward on her own. Through her journey she has learned, through trial and error and trial again, that it takes strong will and discipline to stay on track.

Taylor makes it her goal, every class, to keep you motivated and pushing your limits. She understands what it means to be a beginner, and she’ll make sure you know that you are not alone. Growing up loving math, you can expect detailed instruction that will breakdown every move into simple steps, and get your whole body shaking. With her enthusiasm and nurturing instincts, Taylor can teach a beginner how to feel like a pro, and a pro how take their workouts to the next level.
