I was raised in the Philadelphia suburbs and moved to California three years ago to start my career as a physical therapist. I have an endurance background and have done sprint, Olympic and half Iron distance triathlons as well as multiple marathons including qualifying for and running the Boston Marathon.
I became a Heartcore instructor because I believe in this workout and this community. Training glutes, core, balance and posture is what I focus on in my physical therapy treatments so I was sold immediately when I realized that is the focus of Heartcore routines. Plus the owners are amazing 🙂
When not on the Megaformer, I am 100% focused on my dog, Kona. She’s the light of my life. I also enjoy running, hiking and skiing with my fiancé.
